The recent launch event for the five brand new state-of-the-art Oshkosh Striker fire fighting vehicles delivered to Birmingham International Airport demonstrated the complexity and quality of these very capable machines. Terberg DTS will be supporting these vehicles throughout their life and we understand what makes the Striker such a fabulous vehicle.
This short video gives you the chance to see how these impressive vehicles are manufactured at the Oshkosh facility in the USA. It shows details of the high level of technology that goes into the manufacture of the Striker and an indication of the effort required to produce a modern fire vehicle. Our thanks to Oshkosh Corporation for sharing this with us and as the vehicles start their life at Birmingham International, this is how they were born.
