More Development for TACR3

More Development for TACR3

IN | 27th May 2014

Terberg’s continual development of the TACR 3 has seen the vehicle tour the country working with numerous fire services for them to put it though it’s paces – and it’s fair to say it is going down a storm.

On the 11th of May the TACR3 was in service at RFC Rendcomb Airfield  for The Breitling Heroes Airshow in aid of Help for Heroes.
The skies above this stunning Cotswold airfield were filled with breathtaking displays of aircraft performing aerobatics and exciting flying demonstrations.  Guests were transported from 1914/18 dogfights to the barnstorming adventures of the early 20’s aviators with the glamorously daring ‘Breitling Wingwalkers’, dancing on the top wing of biplanes as they loop and roll through the sky. World War 2 fighters followed by the dynamic and precision modern day flying of the 7 jet ‘Breitling Jet Team’, the world’s largest professional civilian jet team.
As patrons of Help For Heroes the chaps from the BBC’s Top Gear put in an entertaining appearance using our very own TACR 3 to extinguish one of their ‘trade mark” fires!
