Toyota Hilux RIV Fire Vehicle built to the standard specification as listed.  Choice of colours and optional extras are available.  Specific customer requirements can be The TACR3 Rapid Response Vehicle is a four-wheel drive fire-fighting appliance which fully meets or exceeds the requirements for ICAO/CAP168 H1 Fire-Fighting standards.

The completed appliance is fully compliant with the ICAO stability requirement of 30° (Chapter 5 table 5-1) and is certified to this requirement. This EC certified CAA H1 fire vehicle is based on the Toyota Hi Lux 4×4 Extended Cab pickup.

In the cab are 2 front seats with 2 occasional rear seat positioned behind the front seats, the rear seats are accessed through the half rear doors on either side of the cab. This area behind the front seats can have a seat base removed and incorporate additional stowage space for small, handheld or driver and crew personal equipment.

The lightweight polypropylene rear body incorporates the Hale HPX75-B18 petrol driven firefighting pump, water and foam tanks, a single roller shutter enclosing the pump with open areas on either side of the body for secure equipment and equipment box stowage.

Emergency blue lights, siren and auxiliary light systems are fitted and controlled from the drivers position via a RSG MCS control unit mounted on the dashboard.
