Terberg DTS UK Fire & Rescue are pleased to announce that Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service completed the procurement process to identify a high pressure hose reel branch required for their operational needs. A specification was developed with key stakeholders across the services as well as input from other regional services.
Following a full procurement process, Suppliers were asked to tender against the specification and provided branches that they felt met Hertfordshire`s requirements. Submissions were made from, Leader, Delta, Akron and TFT.
The top Branch which met the requirements requested by Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service was TFT`S Ultitmatic FO7 branch, which was duly awarded the tender.
The branch was assessed against the specification and scored accordingly. The branch was tested against setting across a range of conditions, including live fire situations and was awarded the highest scores.
Terberg DTS UK Fire & Rescue are proud to supply the TFT Ultimatic FO7 High Pressure hose reel branch, as part of a full range of branches and ground monitors and water movement equipment offered by TFT.
