VF DRONSTER V3.2
VF DRONSTER is a machine specially designed to perform indirect forest fire attacks.VF Dronster offers an opportunity for better forest management as far as cleaning forest, forest fire prevention, prescribed burns and wildland firefighting all while minimizing any harm to protected species due to its flexibility and cost reduction.
The main aim of this machine if to increase safety for those people who work with fires, give provide support for fire prevention fire prevention and extinction maneuvers which are performed nowadays using hands tools and heavy equipment. VF Dronster enables quick work for higher productivity level, which ensures great forest fires control efficiency. The great variety of terrain in this sector is a real challenge for any machine. VF Dronster is provided with dimensions adjusted to the needs of these terrains. It functions at inclinations of more than 30º. It can work at a 20º inclination angle of frontal attack and the 16 cm over the ground means it overcomes obstacles such as stones, trunks and small steps.
This model`s water drops are lightweight and their diameter is smaller in order to reach greater heat absorption.
When the water passes through the coupling and the stainless steel cylinder, it hits against the frontal cycloid-shaped shield, so that the small slot between the cylinder and the shield allow the stream to pour out, creating a protective shade of water.
The volume of water poured out and the formation of the shade of water depend directly on the water pressure. In this case, as we are working with a high-pressure and low-consumption nozzle, the optimal working pressure is between 20 and 22 bar with the consumption of 120 l/m.

It is a compact and versatile fire extinguishing kit that can be transported by ground or air for easier direct attack water line maneuvers in remote areas that cannot be accessed with today’s extinguishing systems using trucks or pick-ups with standard kits. It is designed to equip a light pick up vehicle with high-performing water and fire pump features. Because of their speed and flexibility, pick up vehicles offer immense forest fire-fighting possibilities yet with very small loads. The Heliskid gives a pick up truck the possibility of deploying a kit with a capacity for 2000 liters and a high-performing motor pump. The tank is unique in that it can be supplied using aerial resources, thereby considerably reducing the time needed by standard trucks which use other trucks to load their water tanks.
